Jannik the skippette

The voyage demon had maybe a light hand when Jannik was a baby ? Anyway the late disposition for sailing around the world is something phenomenal. Jannik is a speech therapist so she naturally likes sounds and literature. For the sound side, Jannik is a fervent lover of theater. She likes her new celtic harp, as well as singing in the pubs. For the literature side, her profession push her to the "human" communication area. Then, Jannik writes, she writes for theater, for her familly, for her job, for our voyages. She writes to organise, she writes to share. Jannik is a lover of scrapbooking, of face painting, of walking, of reading of watercolor and painting. Do you know where Aquarellia, the name of our boat is coming from ? Aquarellia means "link with watercolor" meaning that watercolor was the first glue between Jannik and Michel. The familly harmony is of upmost importance for Jannik. The communication items are fundamental for her « poste restante » in Ierland, dusty post-office in Turkey, whimsical phone cabin in Scotland, plus the high tech Internet technologies, for her, no one is a secret anymore. And if she is sometime sad to be far from her familly, she is never sorry about her sailing choice. She hope that her way of live will open doors in the spirit of her grand children.
